Hello, so far I have been unable to figure out a way to publish an Articulate presentation in Word that shows the details of the Engage interactions. When I publish it in Word, it just shows the main Engage File and none of the details within any of the Engage slides. I need this to send it for brand review so they can check out the text as well as the pictures used. Thank you.
When you publish a Presenter presentation for Word, it will not include Engage interaction or Quizmaker quiz slides. However, you can publish to word with both Engage and Quizmaker.
If you need to print out the entire project, for example, you could print out the Presenter slides and your interaction slides, then insert the content from the interactions.
If you need additional assistance with this, please let us know if you're using Studio '09 or '13.
I'm using Articulate 2013. I see how I can do the Presenter slides but I don't see where I can print the interaction slides, other than copying and pasting the information/text from the engage interactions, which could get pretty lengthy to do.
Not from within Presenter, no - you'd need to open the interaction up in Engage '13 and publish to Word from the interaction itself.
Open your Engage interaction and click on "Publish". From here, select "Word".
When your interaction is finished publishing to Word, you can print out the content and add it to the documents you've printed for the Presenter '13 slides.
