Does anyone know if Articulate is having an issue with this today (10/23/17)? I am able to publish an existing PPT/Presenter file to LMS and Articulate Review, but it won't publish to WEB. I keep getting an error message and have sent info many times today. I had previously published to WEB on 10/19/17 without any issues (or so I thought). I had to try to republish because I was told the LMS administrator was getting an error message when trying to upload the WEB published version. The error message read, "the imsmanifest.xml file is missing," what does this mean?
