Publishing problems

Presenter suddenly stopped working for me. All the publishing options have disappeared. Videos refuse to publish or preview. Reinstalling Articulate and Office makes no difference. Has anyone else seen anything like this ?

Yes I have seen this before, a long time ago...
The only thing that I remember that MAY have been linked to this happening was that the filename & path for the output file was too long, which is why reinstalling everything made no difference. It only ever did this error after successfully letting me publish, which is when I then put in a name that was too long. This may be completely different from your situation.
Try publishing, (if you can...) to c:\filename.
I am not sure this will be possible for you or help at all, but worth suggesting it.

I've seen this a few times.
It seems that the publishing fucntion gets "stuck" and doesn't reset. (Non-technical explanation from my point of view)
I have been able to resolve the issue by going into Task Manager and force close the publish function.
