Publishing to Articulate Online from previously published version?

Aug 12, 2013

EEK! The audio has been deleted from my working version of an Articulate I've been working on for a long time. The presentation is done, but I need to upload it to our Articulate Online account. Here are the issues -

1) Uploading it from the PowerPoint add-in (I'm using Presenter) doesn't work, because it doesn't have audio. The file doesn't have audio when I try to preview it either.

2) I have 2 published copies that DO have audio (presumably before the audio was deleted?) that are "for the web" and .zip file versions.

Is there any way to reverse-work the system so that I can publish either of the versions I have with audio to Articulate Online? Because they're both "published" I can't figure out how to open them in PowerPoint/Presenter again, so I could publish them to our Online account.

Thank you!

Leah

Hi Leah,

Sorry to hear you've lost your audio files! Do you know if you had enable the option for "manual upload" to Articulate Online? You could try using these directions to take the files in your .zip file to upload to Articulate Online.

Also, to help you in the future with audio, here are some directions to help you make a back up copy. Hope that those help!
