Does anyone publish from Articulate Presenter to upload the e-learning to At-Learning?
I have a problem. I have to publish in Scorm 2004 as this is what At-Learning recognises. I have also chosen in the LMS reporting to report status to LMS as passed/failed yet when an e-learning course is completed on At-Learning it comes up as complete but failed.
Has anyone else had this problem? I have been in contact with At-Learning and they think it is the way I am publishing it.
Honestly, I haven't seen At-Learning mentioned here, before. Maybe we can get some feedback from other community members that have worked with that LMS.
In the mean time, you may want to try our course in SCORM Cloud to help determine if the issue is Articulate related or if it's on your LMS's side. If it appears in SCORM Cloud as well, we'd be happy to take a closer look at what might be going on. If you can't replicate the issue in SCORM Cloud, it's probably an issue that you'd want to take to your LMS team. The articles here and here may also help clear up common LMS issues.
