Publishing to CD

My situation will sound like I am in a time warp and not yet living in the 21st Century. Do to technology limitations, I wil not be able to publish some review classes to the WEB or an LMS, but can distribute the classes on CD. We have an alternative way to test skills/knowledge after taking the class.
The computers the CDs will be played on will have MS Office 2010 on them (including PowerPoint). Will the e-classes play okay this way or are there additional steps I will need to go through or software issues to check?

What about Mac computers? I would like to publish Storyline to CD and play it on Mac.

You can launch the presentation on a Mac by double-clicking the player.html file on the CD. You will need to make sure that your flash settings are correct though. You can read more about that here.
