Here is a case i am facing sometimes, and it happened multiple times, and happened with multiple users.
The issue that i were opening two power point slides that have articulate content on them, let's name them Presnetation A, and Presentation B, and i had to publish Presentation A.
After finishing the process of the publishing and opening the output, i found out that the result was for presentation B!
Find that it does it often if you switch to B whilst publishing A, generally now apart from using email I will not do anything on the machine that is publishing.
I currently have two machines on my desk, one to create and one to publish
I have just learnt to work with the tools at my disposal, nothing is perfect, you cannot cut and paste whilst publishing so really it is not practical to edit another ppt whilst publishing.
I now plan when I am going to publish, if I need to edit at the same time, I get my laptop out and use that to publish and then work on my next project on my desktop PC
Articulate is not perfect, but it does what I need it to and most of the time does it well, I have investedĀ a lot of time on this software to move on to something else
This does happen. The publish UI should be a modal dialog, but alas, 'tis not. So like Phil, I have just learned to live with it. Maybe with the next major release.
