I'm trying to publish graded modules using Presenter 13 -- when viewed using a PC all looks fine. When viewing on an I pad the screen is blank (sound and notes are fine).
Hi, Linda -- Thanks for reaching out and so sorry to hear of your difficulties! May I ask if you have had a chance to review the information here on Publishing a Presentation for Mobile Devices? If you continue to have troubles, it might be helpful if we were able to take a look at your file and do some testing on our end.
I've review the information & now I've divided the module to be "just the content" (includes MP4 video)... I've attached the zip file and the presentation package.
I also tried to upload this to the SCROM cloud for testing and continue to get the same message: Course import failed: ERROR: Activity ID 'http://O2 SATS check test 01' is not an absolute URI
This is basically the same message I get when trying to upload the just quiz.
This looks very similar to what we are discussing here. I took a peek at your Articulate Package shared here and it looks like the same issue. So, remove the data from the Identifier field.
I deleted the identifier field -- uploaded the module to the SCROM Cloud for testing and the module still will not launch. Attached is a copy of the zip I'm trying to upload.
Here I was so happy that I got the module into the SCROM cloud system... it worked just fine on a PC and now when testing it on an Ipad it won't launch. It would launch on an I phone but the video would not load.
Since you are publishing for Tin Can, I assume that is supported by your LMS. You could publish to utilize the Articulate Mobile Player. Here is some further documentation on mobile publishing.

This module has a Mp4 video... would that matter?
Hi Linda!
Looks like this time a 1 was added in the Launch URL field, so instead of presentation.html it said presentation1.html.
I removed the one and it works great :)

Sounds goo... looks like it is working.
Glad to hear it Linda. Just let me know if you need anything further.

Hope you can take a look at this problem..
Hi Linda!
Do you experience the same issue with my course?

I did re-publish the content you sent me earlier so that I could remove the Restricted access for faster testing.
Did you test your content in SCORM Cloud?
Same thing as with my course..does that mean there is something wrong wirh
the i pad
I'm testing in Safari on iOS 9.3.
How's your connection? Are you testing in Safari on your iPad?
Still didn't work..must be a i pad problem. .I'll fer back to you
Just let me know if I can further assist.
What I pads is it supposed to work on? I think the one we were using was an older I pad.
Hi Linda!
You can check out our full documentation of system requirements here as it covers both authoring and viewing.
This answers the question on why it doesn't work... what would be we need to do to be able to view on all mobile devices?
