Can you say a little more about what you want to do? Do you mean insert a DVD video into your PowerPoint slide? What format DVD video are you working with?
If you're trying to copy a video from a DVD, you'll likely have to use a 3rd party tool like Handbrake to extract and convert the DVD's video to a standard video format. I can help you with that, but I think I need to first better understand what it is you want to dod.
We have a burned DVD that we show in the middle of a PowerPoint presentation of the same subject and would like to incorporate parts of that DVD into the presentation so we can just go to that slide instead of having to play a DVD then go back to the presentation. I did find out how to enter Windows Media Player into the presentation and that worked, but I wasn't able to take the DVD out and still play the video.
