Pwerpoint crashes when previewing presenter

Hi Keith!  It sounds like your Articulate tab in Powerpoint is malfunctioning.

If you could, first check to make sure you’re on the latest version of Presenter ’09, Update 11.  You can download the latest version here, and be sure to install it as administrator.

This article gives instructions on how to repair the Articulate tab.  Follow those steps, and let us know how you make out!
