We've encountered an issue while testing a course that I don't know how to fix.
Our course is published in Articulate Presenter 13 as SCOMR 1.2, passed/incomplete with HTML5 option. Works well except for our tester with a Mac running Sierra using Safari. For this user the course plays as expected except that the quiz records correct answers as incorrect.
Hey Steve - Are you able to replicate this behavior in SCORM Cloud or is it limited to your LMS? If you are able to replicate, would you be able to share your Articulate Package for us to take a look?
You are welcome to share the project file as mentioned above if you would like for us to take a look. If you cannot share here in the forums, you are welcome to share here privately.
Thanks Steve. I see where you reached out to our team (00998922) and that Gren was able to get back to you. Seems this is an issue we are aware of and that has been reported to our QA Team specifically related to HTML5 output and having questions set to 'submit all at once'.
Yes, it appears that even in the HTML5 version learners will need to have Flash. Which is odd because I thought the point of HTML5 was to eliminate the need for Flash. Do you know if this issue has been fixed in Studio 360?
Steve - I'm just going to say I'm having a Monday - and your response fit another scenario I have been testing perfectly - so I continued testing that users course. I apologize for the confusion. I will take a look at your course now :-/

I was able to access a Mac laptop and same thing happened - correct responses are scored as incorrect. Case submitted.

Great question - let me upgrade your course to 360 and see what the results are.
Edited to remove course.
I'm not sure what your link is - it's not my course.
So even in 360 there is not a Flash free experience?

Hey, no worries. It's Monday all over the world!
Here is your published output for 360 Steve. All of them look correct during review when viewing in Safari. Again, I apologize for my oversight above.
