Quiz Maker Survey Results Tracking

I have a simple 7 slide presentation, asking students to read 4 stories, and decide which of the 4 stories gets their vote.
I'm using a "Pick One" survey question, and have a results slide that says, "Thank you for completing the Survey."
When I run a report to see which answers people chose, I get nothing. Just This:
What do I need to do to see people's answers?

If you still have trouble, can you tell us which LMS you're currently using (I can't tell if that screenshot is from Articulate Online for certain) and the reporting options you're currently using? Also, which version of Quizmaker are you using for the project, '09 or '13?
