Hi, Kyle -- Sorry to hear of your difficulties! May I ask if you are seeing the same behavior when you are testing your published output in the intended environment, as well? It may also be helpful if you could create and share your Presenter Package so we can take a closer look for you.
Please use the ADD ATTACHMENT button in the bottom left of the reply box and you will be able to upload the zipped Presenter Package there.
