Quizmaker not loading in Presenter

I have a few content developers that just started having issues with attaching quizzes in Presenter. When they bring in an existing quiz, it states that there are 0 questions when there are questions associated with that quiz. Also, it will not allow them to add a quiz to their training. They create a new quiz and click Save and Return to Presenter, but get a gray screen with nothing. Everything was working fine for them a couple of weeks ago and now it does not work. We checked Add-Ins and they do not have anything different than I do (I am not having this issue). They have reinstalled the software using the repair option. My IT group told me that they haven't made any changes or updates to our Office products. Has anyone else every had this issue, and if so, what needed to be done to resolve it?
