I need to increase the audio settings in QM and every time I change them and leave QM, they are defaulted to a different setting when I return. I need the audio to be more consistent with the Presenter audio which is at a higher rate.
Can you first ensure you're running the most current version of Quizmaker? Then, in Presentation Options, you'll want to make sure you update the quiz when publishing. If you're still having trouble, check to be sure the proper add-ins are enabled.
Thank you Peter! I don't know what the issue was but I did resolve it by using a different system. I didn't have the time to reinstall and such but I had verified all of the add ins were working. Got through this one... at least I think so... haven't heard back yet!
Hi, George: This happened to me as well, awhile back. What I had to do is publish my quiz files (when you publish you get the option to tweak your audio settings) and then import the published quizzed back into my presentation and then publish the whole thing.
Took me awhile for me and the Articulate folks to figure a workaround on this one. --Daniel

Let us know if that resolves it. Thanks!
