Random blue lines appearing when paragraph has a hyperlink

Jul 30, 2019

Sorry if this isn't the place to put this, but I find this site very hard to navigate.

I am using PowerPoint 2013 and Articulate Presenter 360.  I am having an issue with blue lines being placed in my text in any slides that have a hyperlink in the text area.   It appears about 2 lines after the hyperlink.

I tried a variety of things, using 2 text boxes, adding a white box, but the only thing that seems to work is to remove the hyperlink from the text.

I need to add that after I removed the hyperlink, I only got rid of the lines when I also removed the underline formatting from the text.

Any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated.

Hi Suzanne,

Sorry to hear that you’re running into random blue lines appearing near your hyperlinks, and thanks for sharing that image.

With your permission, I'd like to take a look at your project file, as well as your powerpoint to investigate what's happening. You can share it publicly here, or send it to me privately by uploading it here. I'll delete it when I'm done troubleshooting.
