Random shapes appearing when published

Apr 19, 2012

Hi,

Random orange shapes are popping up in my published course that are no where to be found in my PPT file. Does anyone know what might be causing this?

Thanks!

Hey Jordyn!

Want to send us your files so we can take a closer look and help figure out what's going on? If so, please create an Articulate Presenter package, then upload the zip file to our server. You can review how to do this here:

Send to Articulate Presenter Package – Articulate Presenter ’09 Help

Upload the resulting zip file from your computer to our server using this upload form:

Please be sure to include a description of your issue, your version of PowerPoint, version of Windows and version of Presenter '09, which you can find in Help and Support -> About Articulate Presenter. Please also include the URL for this thread so I can follow up with you personally in the forums. And feel free to come back and leave your case number here so I can keep a close eye on it. Thanks!

Hi again, Jordyn!

Just wanted to share with others the solution that was suggested for you:

"Since the arrows that you use in your presentation as part of the navigation uses shadow effects, I recommend that you save each shape as an image, To do this, right-click on the arrow, and select Save As image. After saving, replace the existing arrows with the new PNG version. This should fix the issue that you're having."

Also wanted to make sure that works for you. Hope so! Let us know....
