We have some Articulate Studio '09 non-transferable licences which we put on the individuals PC's last year ,we now require them to be put on laptops. As the licences are remaining with the same individual does a non-transferable licence allow it to move from a PC to laptop.
You can certainly transfer a license from one computer to another (not to a different user) and you'll want to first uninstall it from the PC. Also, the Studio End User License Agreement (EULA) allows a single user to install their software on up to two computers, such as a work computer and a home computer. It must be installed on the computer's local hard drive (typically the C: drive).
