reactivation problems

Hi
I'm switching my Articulate products to a new machine. I had Studio 09 on the old PC (I haven't updated it as I use Storyline most of the time now). So I downloaded trial versions of Presenter,Engage and Quizmaker onto the new machine, and deactivated the products on the old machine. However, on entering the serial numbers, I can't activate the products on the new machine (the 'activate' button is greyed out).
Is it because the trial versions are the 2013 updates? Or because I copied and pasted the serial numbers? Or something else?
BTW, I'm one of a handful of users on my company's licence, which I think is for 4 machines.

Hi Anne! Yes, sounds like you probably downloaded the Studio '13 trial.
Please be sure to completely uninstall this version and you can find Studio '09 here.
