Receiving Following Error Message when I Open Audio Editor

Apr 12, 2016

I'm working in Presenter, and each time I've opened up the Audio Editor today, I get the following message and I have to close it.

Can I save the file as a different name and not lose the audio?

Hi, sheri -- Thanks so much for sharing that info and for reaching out with your question! While I am unfamiliar with that particular error message, I would like to recommend that you run through the troubleshooting steps in this article, Unexpected or Erratic Behavior in Articulate Studio '13, to see if that remedies the error you are finding.

Or, if issues persist, I may need to put you in touch with our Support Engineers directly -- please let us know! :)
