Record Narration Freezes Every Time

Hi all, I am new to Presenter '13. I completed several test-runs of recording narration successfully a few weeks ago. Now I am trying to record narration for my slides, but every time the narration window opens it freezes. I have to force shut it down several times before the screen will disappear, and often the recording bar just stays on my screen even after I shut it down. I also got error messages like the one attached referring to lots of different line numbers. I checked the Help forums and didn't see this as a known issue. Any advice on how I can prevent Presenter Audio from freezing so I can record my narration?

Hi, Sarah -- Thanks for your question, and so sorry to hear you are having difficulties! You may want to take a look at this thread and also this, as they asked similar questions. It may also be worth your while to run through the steps listed here for addressing unexpected or erratic behavior in Studio '13.
