Recording narration

Feb 24, 2015

I am trying to record narration using Articulate Presenter 2013.

I can narrate the notes from my slides, but when I Save and close I can no longer hear the narration.

Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong?

thanks Helen

Hi

Thanks you for replying.

I was following the steps. I am creating a SCORM package for our Learning Portal which sits on a Moodle platform.

I read a couple of the discussions after sending my post and I noticed that you had to have the file on the hard drive. So I will have another attempt tomorrow hopefully.
Thanks
Helen

Hi Helen,

Yes, you'll want to ensure you're working with local project files as working off a network drive or USB could cause problems within the file itself. You'll want to confirm that everything is working as expected by testing on a brand new file located on your local drive.

Also, as an FYI when you reply via email your signature is included here as well. You can edit the post if you'd like to remove that information.
