Recovering Lost Content

I have built several online courses using Articulate 09. Our IT company accidentally restored our computer to factory settings without backing up our local drive. All of my articulate files are gone included the program itself. All of my training content is currently on Articulate Online. I know it is a long shot, but I was wondering if there is any way to download an Articulate Package from Articulate Online. I was also wondering if when I reinstall the program it will have all of my data that was saved locally. Any help you can offer is greatly appreciated.

Hi La-Mine,
I'm sorry to hear about the issues with your computer and losing your files. The original .ppt and .ppta files are not saved within the published output - so they wouldn't be accessible from within Articulate Online - nor will they reappear when you install Presenter '09 again. If you need to download Presenter please use the information here.
