I have several courses with all of the published course files, but they were published to the WEB. I now need to publish the courses to the LMS. Unfortunately, the original pre-publish PowerPoint Articulate file with narration and sync'ed animation was not retained and the computers were stripped and repurposed, so there is no way of recovering the pre-publish PowerPoint Articulate file.
Is there a method by which I can take the published course files and recreate the pre-published version so that I can publish the the LMS? Or, is there a way of taking the WEB version and converting it to an LMS version?

No, the published version cannot be reverse engineered.

Phil is correct, you can change or modify the published output.
