Hi, This is Ajanthan, from Nits, We are Dealing with a project with a custom articulate player which was developed by some other person. Before that we had developed our slides using flash with the resolution of 800 X600.
Now while publishing the slides with articulate. the Slides which was done by flash was scaled up to 120 %of its original size. We need to re-size it to 100%. Is there any possibilities are there ? If so. Please let us know..
I ve 180 Slides like this.. So its a big deal to make it for 1800 slides... And it works Cool with Corporate Player. But it does not work with the custom Player. Is there any other option to reduce using Any options in articulate Panel in the Powerpoint.
I think there might be a problem with the custom player skin as Phil Mayor Said. So is there any script is avail to reduce scale level.
I wonder if your skin is scaling the slide area, does this happen if you use the corporate template?
Yes Phil Its working cool with corporate player.. But its having the scaling issue with the custom player skin. So How can i do that with out manually reducing the scale level, is there any script is avail or is there any options are there in Articulate Panel...
You can scale slides in a custom skin but it is part of the code so I dont think you will be able to change it unless you have the fla for your skin, it may be better to go back to the developer of your skin
have you locked your browser at optimal sizes and set it not to scale in the presentation options?
No Phil Mayour, I didn't locked for Browser optimal size. Its just in Scale presentation to fill the browser window.... But i have tried in both the ways. But, No use.. Its still getting scaled for 120 % . I think its the problem with the custom skin development script...
Really you need to go back to your skin developer or get the fla for your skin and post here to be changed, it is obviously being scaled within the skin
There is code you can add to the skin to scale and move the layers, such as the flash layer, slide layer, engage, quiz, sounds like your developer has coded swfs to scale 120% without the fla youcannot change that, that is why the corporate player works because it is not scaling the flash layer

Have you tried adjusting the inserted SWF placeholder to properly resize it? Check out #9 from this article:

of course if its only the swf being scaled and not the slide have you tried reducing it by 20%, when published it should then show at arround 100%
But it works cool with Corporate player know... I'm having trouble with the custom player skin only..
