I had the flash upgrade problem yesterday that seemed to be doing the rounds for Articulate studio 13! Did the reinstall and now working fine HOWEVER now getting error messages (Unhandled exception etc.) if I try to insert any characters. Do I need to reinstall and where would I find the bundle? Been so long since I did, I can't remember!

I've not seen this issue reported and perhaps your install just needs to be repaired.
If that does not assist, I encourage you to reach out to support so that you can get additional assistance with your character bundle.
