Reporting on Quiz and Survey Results with Presenter 13 and Quizmaker 13

Jul 16, 2020

We have a quiz and survey questions embedded in our latest Presenter project. We use Presenter 13 and Quizmaker 13. When I try to run reports on quiz and survey results in Articulate Online, the presentation does not appear in the drop-down list. Is there a setting that I missed in Quizmaker or when publishing the presentation?

Hi Julie,

Thank you for your post. I'm happy to look into the reporting with you!

First, here are the steps to publish and upload Studio and Storyline projects to Articulate Online and then how to generate reports:

If you're a visual learner, here is a short video of the experience (I'm using Presenter 360, but the steps are very similar to Presenter '13).

Let me know if your Articulate Online dashboard looks different!

i am have a similar question (possibly). I would like to use a QM Survey and the open ended response field to gather questions users have after viewing a course. Is it possible to use a QM survey in this way? I will be placing this on an LMS (not using Articulate Online). Where do these responses go? How can i gather all the responses after a certain period of time?

Hi Jennifer,

Thanks for reaching out! It depends on your LMS and whether it's able to pull the student_response data from the course.

For a quick test, I ran a simple Short Answer question and changed the Results slide to a Survey type. Here are my results in SCORM Cloud:

As you can see, I'm able to review the learner response in SCORM Cloud. I'm attaching the course so you can test it out in your LMS as well!
