Request assistance getting ComplianceWire to launch URL published to SharePoint via Presenter '13
Feb 01, 2016
If there's anyone publishing to SharePoint via Presenter '13 but using ComplianceWire to assign and track and have been successful doing so, your assistance and guidance is requested to help resolve an ongoing issue.
Here's the deal. I created a training module and published to LMS with AICC (since the content is not hosted within the LMS). I created a folder on our SharePoint server exclusively for training. All of the files were uploaded successfully and reside in the designated folder on our SharePoint server. I linked the index_lms.html address to ComplianceWire. When launched via ComplianceWire, I get a prompt asking if I want to save the index_lms.html file from our SharePoint server. This is the case when tested on multiple computers. However, the training module works perfectly when I upload the files to Articulate's Tempshare site for testing. This leads me to believe the module published correctly. I just don't know if it published correctly for SharePoint and/or ComplianceWire. I've searched through the E-Learning Discussion Topics and haven't found a topic that speaks to my specific issue. For this reason, I'm hoping someone will see this and be able to provide me with a solution as I have not been efficient with my time while trying to figure this out. Any assistance will be GREATLY appreciated.
Here's some other information that may be helpful:
- Windows 7 Enterprise
- Presenter '13
- Office 2013 Professional on computer
- Files stored on computer's hard drive
- SharePoint 365
Thanks in advance for any assistance provided.

Hi Kevin!
Not a set-up I'm familiar with, but I do hope that someone in the community will be able to chime in and assist you here.
Thanks for mentioning that it works as expected in Tempshare as that does alleviate the need to think that there is something wrong with the published course.
