Is there any way possible to get the attachments in the Resources tab to open in a new window so it doesn't interfere with the students while taking the course? No matter how you explain this to them, they still open the attachments and most of the time cannot get back to the training within the LMS. I have searched and cannot find anything on this topic, am hoping someone has a fix we can use for this.
Please check out this information on Attaching Resources in the Player, as you should be able to click on Resources, choose from your list, and the resource should open in a new tab for you. And please also test your output in the SCORM Cloud as the industry standard as a way to rule out if there are certain settings in your LMS the could be adjusted to allow resources to be opened in a new tab.
