Responsive Presenter in Moodle

I'm attempting to use an Articulate created file (engage with quiz at the end) to pull a score into Moodle grade book. So, I am loading this file as a SCORM. 

My course users may view on a PC, tablet, or phone. What settings are the best to create a responsive experience for the student? Should I check the setting for Articulate Mobile Player on iPad? What other settings should I be aware of? Are the identifiers important with Moodle 2.6. Where can I find more info about importing files into Moodle? I have had a site offering several courses with Articulate files in the past, and I haven't had too much trouble, but with the new user interfaces, I'm finding its like juggling blind.
