I have changed the settings through Slide properties> Edit menue> Settings to Restricted. To navigate the published presentation I have to double click on the Next button to move forward or click on the page then click Next, this doesn't seem right.
Hi, Alison -- Thanks for reaching out with your question! Have you had an opportunity to check out this information on Customizing the Player Menu in Presenter '13 yet, by chance?
I also wanted to ask, Alison, if you are testing your published output in the intended environment? As this article states, "If you view published Articulate Presenter content on your local hard drive or send it to someone else to view on their local hard drive, you'll encounter security restrictions from the computer, web browser, Flash Player, and network that'll cause various features to fail." Please let us know if you continue to have issues!
