Restricted Navigation in Presenter '13?

In Presenter '09, I had a player template for use during development with free navigation and a player template once I published it for users with restricted navigation, so that users had to view each slide (but I could click to the end of each slide if I needed to check something on a late slide without having to go through the whole thing.  2 questions:  Is the "Restricted" option just gone?  All I can find is free and locked (which doesn't allow me to breeze through to check something).  And

Is there a way to replicate the multiple player templates that I used to have?  I had different colors saved, too.
