I have a Presenter course that I am publishing to CD. I have checked the box in the Player Template: Player Controls: Miscellaneous to Prompt to resume upon presentation start. However, it is not working--every time I go back to the CD (regardless of whether the CD has been removed from the computer or not) the course starts again at the first beginning. Does this function not work when a course is published to CD rather than to the web or for an LMS? This is a big course with a lot of branching so it would be very difficult for a student to try to remember and find where they left off.
You may have to set some additional things up especially if you're using an Exit tab to have students leave the course. These directions will walk you through where to change those settings within the player templates. If that doesn't resolve all your issues, and you have access to update the settings within Flash for each of your users, these directions may also be something you'd want to review.
