Ribbon not working

Been using studio 13 for a couple of months, no problems. Today the ribbon icons don't work. I checked add in manager, they were there. I removed them, restarted pp as an admin, added them back, still don't work. I went to launch my install file to run repair, but I updated studio 13 that fixed the ie 11 issues, and the file says I have to uninstall the newer version to launch the original install file. Oh, and I've been running studio 13 in both pp 07 and pp 13. Both don't work. Is there any other way fix the problem?

Welcome to Heroes! Sorry to hear about your trouble. Just to double check, you aren't running PowerPoint '07 and PowerPoint '13 on the same computer?

Hi Dean,
Having multiple versions of Office installed looks to be part or all of the issue. With regards to our software, it's unsupported.
Another thing to check, would be to see what kind of antivirus you are using?

My Presenter 13 ribbon commands are not working. It was working one day - then the next day - no matter what I click on - nothing. When I hover over the functions, the hover function works and the drop down menu appears - however, when I click on a command nothing happens.
Suggestions?

I'm sorry to hear that. Please try a repair to see if that fixes things. It's the fastest way to get back up and running. If a repair doesn't work, try the following. It's more in-depth and is a catch-all solution.
