Has anyone had either of these error messages and has a solution?
1. Flash Player 10 or higher for internet explorer is required to run Articulate Presenter '13 - I downloaded but nothing changes
2. Unhandled exception has occurred in your application. There is no command named RibbonPaste. Parameter name: name - then I am supposed to hit continue to ignore (which i did and nothing happened) or Quit to close the application.

Hi Jean,
1. You'll need to ensure you're using the latest update of Studio '13 as it fixed an issue with a newer update of Flash.
2. When are you seeing this error? I'd look at going through the repair steps here.
