Hi! I am a beginner to Articulate 2013 and am desperate for some help!
I am attempting to add a .swf video file to a slide and keep running into this error: "The SWF contains script with reference to '_root' and may not function properly in the published output. Do you still want to add the swf?"
When I say "yes" and override the error, the video does not play properly in the presentation (audio plays but no video).
I previously used Articulate 09 and never had any trouble with these videos playing.
Check out this documentation for our flash best practices. Be sure that you are utilizing Action Script 3.0. There is some information regarding _root reference as well.
