I'm trying to create a new Player Template based on an existing one. When I select New-From existing, then enter a name for the new template, I get the following error:
This typically indicates that you don't have read / write privileges on the templates folder located here:
C:\Program Files\Articulate\Presenter\templates
You should be able to right click the folder, selecting Properties, and uncheck read-only. Then, select the Security tab & make sure that every user and group listed has "Full Control."
