My computer was recently updated. I am now working with Windows 10 32 bit, Microsoft PP 2016 32 bit, 8 GB ram. I am using Articulate Studio 13 and every time I try to preview or publish anything with illustrated characters or quizzes I get computer freeze-up and runtime errors. I already have a case number #02485694 is there anything else I can do to make this program work?
