Runtime error 217 at F55DE245

I'm trying to publish my Presenter 360 course to Review 360. Every time I try, I get "Runtime error 217 at F55DE245."

I've tried rebooting my computer multiple times. I've tried importing the Powerpoint file (and audio and resources) content to a new Powerpoint file. I've tried moving the production files to a folder closer to the C: drive on my Windows 10 machine. In all cases, I keep getting the same runtime error when I publish to Review 360.

I'm using PowerPoint 2016, and Presenter 360. Windows 10 machine.

Any help would be appreciated.
