I changed to 2007 and most courses were started in 2003. Is it a recommended practice to do a save as and move totally into 2007? What prompted the question are odd problems that are occurring in courses that have already been posted to Moodle. I am in the process of renaming and saving in new folder. The PPT files I am working from are still old 2003. Thanks for any suggestions!
You can continue to use the PowerPoint 2003 presentations in 2007. That shouldn't be a problem. However, if you do wish to move them to the PowerPoint 2007 format (pptx), I'd recommend opening the file & choosing Save As. This will not only duplicate the PowerPoint file, but it will also duplicate the PPTA file associated with that presentation.
