Saving Error

Hi,
Yesterday I was working on my 60 page presentation recording my voice in the presentation but didn't get to finish it. I went back on today to listened to my previous recording through the articulate record narrations and it was working great. I decided to finish off my presentation went to save it and had a microsoft error saying there was a problem with saving the presentation. It saved a copy under 'recovered' but all of my narration was gone but the video timing still still there?
Does anyone know how to save my narration so I don't have to do it again?

I'd recommend taking a look at this article to see if it helps, and if not, we'd be happy to take a closer look at what might be going on.
