We have some users on the AOL IE10 browser and their test scores are not being sent to the LMS. This is the only issue we have detected with the Presenter courses and the AOL IE10 browser so far. We are already amending the player.html file with the IE10 fix. Has anyone encountered this issue with AOL IE10? If so, is there a fix?
Hi Julie! I am not familiar with what the difference between the regular IE10 and the AOL IE10 that you reference, but I know that another thing that you could try is to run in compatibility mode. This is the article that we normally share, but another user found this additional article helpful as well.
