We have a module published with SCORM 1.2. on our LMS cloud and when viewing it through the index_lms.html link it does not show all pictures. We can see some but not all. When viewing the course through the presentation.html link everything works properly. The module has been created in powerpoint 2013. Anything I can do to get this work properly?
The best way to test if the issue lies within the course or within the LMS is to upload to SCORM Cloud. If you are able to replicate, then we would want to take a look. Otherwise, you may need to reach out to your LMS for assistance.

Thank you for your response and apologies of not getting back earlier to you as I was enjoying some time off for the holidays.
So I uploaded the course on your SCORM cloud server and everything works perfectly. I will ask our LMS team to see if they can fix the issue.
