Which screencast tool are you referring to? Screenr (http://screenr.com/) is a free, web-based resource provided by Articulate that allows you to record screencasts for use in various environments. You can use Screenr to record a screencast, download the resulting MP4 movie file, and insert it into your Presenter '09 presentation. Here's how to do that.

 Whereas the Screen Recording feature is exclusive to Storyline.
