Screenr screencasts won't play on BlackBerry smartphone

Hi - and apologies if this is posted in the wrong place.

I have embedded a Screenr screencast (my one and only!) on our website and I can view it fine on a PC or BlackBerry tablet but not on my phone.  I've tried changing the size of the frame in the embed code and I've tried changing the size of the recording window but to no avail.

The Screenr website says it plays everywhere - what am I doing wrong?
