I have a slide that uses a Screenr video. It is set to automatically transition to the next slide. However, a few seconds into the video it jumps to the next slide which is another Screenr video. Any thoughts?
Thanks but I did that. I changed my Presentation option to 7 seconds as there is a bit of a pause before the audio starts. The movie plays fine when I preview just that slide, but when I preview it along with the next slide, it stops shortly after the audio begins and transitions to the next slide. I have these set to be viewed in a separate browser window and to automatically transition.

Did you choose to have your movie sync with your slide? Have a look at this article, specifically under subheading #7 for more details:
