Second Nav Panel?

Apr 22, 2013

Hi all,

Does anyone know of a way to get a second nav panel in Articulate.

I have a client who would like to have the slide titles in both English and Spanish, but not on the same tab.

Any ideas?

Steve,

I don't think you can do this natively. You might have to create a flash player that has both formats in it and allow the user to pick which audio they want to play on each slide. Or just make a one slide course that contains a flash piece on the first slide that is the whole course and hide the main navigation panel. Then when the flash piece is done, have it kick the Articulate course to the next slide for a quiz or completion. You would probably need two quiz files, one in spanish and one in english. The flash piece would kick the course to the correct slide based on the language selected in the the flash piece.

I know one of the blogs at the top of this list under the "elearning blogs" drop down has some code for jumping to a slide from a flash file.
