It seems that students buying our articulate continuing education courses can print the articulate screen. We would like to be able to prevent that due to copyrght issues. Is there any settings? I have presenter '09.
Thank you Bruce adn Phil. Here is a better way to express what we are wondering!
What we want to find out is if there is a way to disable the "print" function; just like you can disable the copy/paste and print functions in pdf documents. If you view the articulate course in IE you can print. Thanks! Susan
I dont think so, and even if you could but what stops them using print screen, snag it, camtasia, the camera on their phone, the screenshot function in ppt? That is to name but a few, any way you try to stop it others will find a workaround.
I would add a copyright notice and appeal to their better nature, honestly tat is really all you can do.

I presume they are using print screen there is no way to disable an OS function, they could always find some other way to do this anyway
Such as using Snag it, camtasia to record the screen, a camera to take screen shots.
+1
Very little digital content can be protected.
People can purchase one copy of a course, then have it display in a room with 50 people.
You can copyright material but not "access"!
