Seekbar feature on iPad

Seekbar works well on PC trainings.

From what I can see, you have the seekbar enabled on the Engage interaction and the course is being launched in Safari - so it seems to be HTML5 content. 

What I cannot tell is where this interaction is placed within your course. I do see that we've started working on an issue where this can happen inconsistently with Engage interactions when resuming and selecting "No" on the resume prompt. 

Is this what's happening for you? If not, can you tell me a little more about what's happening?

Thank you for looking into this issue.

This happens even though I choose "Yes" on resume window, And happens when I open the training at the first time as well.

The seekbar works nicely.

The seekbar doesn't work. The white progress bar doesn't show up.

I've been looking into this today and I did notice that Engage interactions require media on screen to display the seekbar. 

I used a Labeled Graphic interaction and inserted a video into a label. Testing via PC, the seekbar is showing up when I have the media open, but not when it's closed. 

In HTML5 on the iPad, the seekbar doesn't display for the media. 

Now, in your screenshots it looks like you're using a similar interaction - if not the same one. Can you tell me, though, if you have media playing on that slide or in that label? Just want to confirm we're looking at and using the same options.

I inserted audio to each label in a engage file.

The slide(inserted engage slide) of pptx doesn't have audio. 

And...I'm using similar interaction as a labeled graphic interaction.

(Actually I did an experiment with a labeled graphic interaction, and got the same result)

I think we're using the same options except that mine doesn't have the exact same interaction.

Looks like the Labeled Panel behaves a little differently with media - is that the one you were referring to in your last post?

The seekbar for the Labeled Panel is actually working for me in HTML5 on the iPad:

Can you let me know if it's a different interaction that you're using, please?

The good news is that I've confirmed the Labeled Graphic's seekbar works correctly with HTML5 in the next update. If you're using a different interaction, I can take a look and see if that specific interaction type has also been fixed.

I had an Engage '13 Labeled Graphic tested in the next update and the issue still occurs. So, it may be specific to this interaction type. 

If you can confirm this is the interaction you're using, I can pass this information on to our Quality Assurance team for additional testing. 

Again, if you're able to share your file with us for testing, that will also help.
