We have 5 developers in separate locations. We currently, save and package our working files, copy to a shared cloud drive, retrieve by copy and paste and resume working. Frequently, things get lost in the process. The Player setting do not save, the audio files disappear, interactions do not update, etc. We currently always click SAVE before packaging and do a Preview, then create Package.zip
Any advice on what extra steps we can take to get the latest changes to take effect in the Presentations? Thank you!
When working on an Articulate Presenter course in a collaborative environment with other developers, use this workflow to avoid file corruption, loss of resources, and other erratic behavior.
Yes, everyone is using the latest upgrade. This has always happened, even with studio 9. I only had one other persons work to correct at the time so I never investigated. Now, it is becoming crippling with the amount of redo work necessary. It happens on many, not necessarily all.
Should I upload one my from desktop that I retrieved from the cloud?

That is exactly what we do.
Just to confirm - every developer is saving the content and working on their local drive during their piece of the collaboration?
The developer who receives it should save it to their local hard drive and fully extract it before opening the presentation.
Yes.

Hi Darlene!
Is everyone utilizing the latest update of Studio'13, which is now Update 5.
I'm not sure that this is something that we are going to be able to replicate. Does this happen in all of your shared projects or just one?
If you could share your Articulate Package with our support team here perhaps we can take a look.

That should be fine.
Thanks! I sent it in yesterday. I am quite curious to see what the suggestions are...
Thanks for the update Darlene! I see where you have submitted a support case (00446740) and are working with Gren :)
